The room was big with balcony, had a good night's sleep. The hotel was in a marvellous position right by cafes and bars, Aragonese Castle and the two main areas, the ponte and the porto.

The staff was helpful and attentive and we would not hesitate to return there. Had 6 nights in Ischia, spent our time here lovely. Location: the hotel was very close to the beach and the main road as well as the port. And also it was 700 feet or so from Spiaggia di San Pietro.

The location of our hotel was perfect for us, as we could choose to spend our time either in a quieter, more authentic part of town or in a more touristy and busy area, both within 10 to 15 minutes walking distance. We particularly loved the beautiful gardens on-site and the immediate access to the beach. The rooms were spacious and well equipped, with clean decoration, and every member of the staff was welcoming and helpful.
The wifi connection was not great and the shower/bathroom set-up was not the most comfortable, as there was no separate cubicle and the toilet got wet every time. although we were aware of the key policy for cleaning, we found out by chance and late at night that we needed the keys to access the hotel premises after midnight, which was a bit inconvenient.

We loved sitting on the balcony and enjoying the beautiful view of the sea and castle. the staff were very friendly and gave us great recommendations for restaurants nearby. the breakfast was plentiful and the cappuccino was delicious. the gardens and sun terrace were lovely and we even used the shower and changing room after the beach.
The bathroom was a bit quirky with the shower not being enclosed, but we soon figured out how to use it.
